Job Description
Partner Relations is part of the function New Development, whose purpose is to strengthen the H&M brand, drive innovation and explore new opportunities for growth. The Partner Relations team are the experts in building partnerships for branding as well as commercial purposes, in the areas of fashion, music, entertainment, gaming, sports, art and pop culture.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
In line with the overall H&M brand strategy, create unique, disruptive, unforgettable collaborations that strengthen the brand.
Take the vision into action! Source the right partners for each project, by using your great research skills to forecast and identify trends and opportunities. Execute.
Lead the partner pitch process, and negotiate scope, terms and compensation, in close collaboration with core internal stakeholders.
Contract management.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has the ability to seamlessly drive projects forward and manage cross functional stakeholders internally and externally, sometimes navigating change and complex structures. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to see new opportunities for growth. We also see that you are a great team player and have a passion for fashion and culture, always ahead of the game. Besides your personality we see that you have:
Minimum 3-5 years experience from a similar role
Excellent negotiation skills and extensive experience negotiating with senior management level
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Excellent project management skills and experience from leading brand building partnerships
Contract management skills, having worked with a variety of deal structures and contractual set-ups
A network of contacts from related fields
Experience from the entertainment, music, gaming or sport industry is a plus
