Working as part of the Nordic Region Service team, in close cooperation with Headquarters Commercial Controlling and Claims Departments.
The Commercial and Claims Coordinator is responsible for the resolution of contract or warranty related challenges that may arise with various stakeholders connected to the Regional Service Business. Contributing to the team´s success by collaborating with all the stakeholders to maintain and improve the claim management and operational processes in the regional organisation.
As part of the Regional Commercial Team based in Uppsala, Sweden, the Commercial and Claims Coordinator also supports with varied commercial processes and improvements within the Service business.
YOUR TASKS
Responsible for the complete end-to-end claims processes for the Nordic Region Service Department
Maintaining strong supplier relationships
Maintain tracking of supplier warranties
Strengthen / maintain the claims processes
Be the point of contact between the Region and HQ Commercial and Claims Departments
Supporting of Improvement Initiatives from investigation to implementation
Supporting Commercial Team with Cost Controlling tasks
Consolidate information to strengthen, maintain and deliver the key KPI’s
Involvement in the Sourcing and Tender Processes for Materials and Subcontractors
Ad hoc involvement in back office support functions
Contributing to improvements in the service organization within the region
Data management
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in the Wind Industry
Commercial awareness
Experience of supplier contract negotiations is an advantage
Experience of tender processes is an advantage
Experience of collaborating with colleagues and suppliers in various countries and locations
Formal qualifications in a relevant field
Excellent English language skills
Proficient IT skills; proven experience within the MS Office environment, particularly Excel
Good communication skills are a must
Good project management skills
Excellent multitasker
Systematic working approach and problem-solving behavior
Strong negotiation skills
Able to deal with conflict
Willing to travel when needed
