We can offer you a position that will give you high exposure to the market place and genuine operational requirements, supporting the Marketing & Product Management (MPM), Environment and Key Account Management organization in Sweden.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Responsibility for administration (General customer communication, price letters, agreements, project files, customer server, customer visits etc)
-Preparation of quotes and updating presentations.
-Responsibility for administration of Business Plan ( OGSM)
-Nordic Customer & Contact database
-Coordination of internal reporting and follow up, knowledge and usage of Excel, Qlick-view and Business warehouse - information system.
-Product sampling
-Travel planning and travel reports (SAP R/3)
-Meeting and events preparation
Kvalifikationer
To be successful in this role you have a degree in Business Administration and several years' solid experience from a similar job.You have strong administration skills, are structured and very well organized.Good computer literacy including Word, Excel and Power Point.You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
As a person you have the ability to understand customer needs.You are driven, flexible and have a proactive and outgoing approach.To succeed it will also be crucial that you are a team player who creates good working relationships within the team and externally with the customers.
