Commercial Business Developer – this is what you’ll do
Volvo Cars is currently live with online sales in United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Netherlands.
Your mission in this role is to build and improve online offers which are fit for market as well as ensure capabilities are in place to deliver a hassle-free purchase experience for our customers. You will be responsible to conduct commercial market analyses, ensure market alignment and translate it into requirements for our online platform. Further, you will build offers and commercial capabilities by combing products, terms and services. You will be involved in Volvo Cars largest commercial transformation plan where we convert markets from wholesale to 100% direct and online sales.
To ensure a strong value proposition you will operate across the entire customer journey. Leveraging performance data and analytics to identify issues and improvements, securing senior management buy-in when needed and oversee execution and launches of new or improved offers. This role includes being commercially responsible for execution of end-to-end new launches and improvements of offers and capabilities. 
You will closely collaborate with our digital product teams, process owners and local country managers. Leveraging the input from experts in different fields – for example pricing and legal.

A person with a positive and curious mindset, a strong sense of self-drive and with high ambitions. To thrive in this position, you enjoy solving and structuring complex problems and collaborating with others to reach results. You are a strong relationship builder with the ability to work with senior stakeholders. You have a good ability to plan, manage and execute work within complex topics and projects and we believe you to be bold, have integrity and always keep the customers top of mind.

Qualifications:
•    Strong business acumen
•    Experience of Product Management or Business Development with tangible results
•    Experience of digital development and e-commerce or digital consumer services
•    Excellent communication skills in English, second language is considered a merit
•    B.Sc. in Business or Engineering and strong academic track record
