MultiMind is looking for Commercial Channel Manager for the world’s leading IT company in Oslo. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

About Role: As a member of the EMEA Chrome Channels team, you will work with leading resellers and OEMs to inspire businesses of all sizes and schools to work with Google Chrome OS. You will advocate the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile and enhance the learning experience at schools. As a Channel Manager for Chrome OS, you will be responsible for executing the strategy in the region, identifying and developing strategic resellers and leading OEMs for Chrome OS, defining joint GTM and business plans with them, and executing against those.
You’ll combine exceptional channel sales expertise, deep IT industry knowledge paired with strong analytical and communication skills to develop new and existing channel relationships. Your knowledge of developing and managing partnerships combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will shape how new and existing channel relationships will grow in your region. You’ll anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key channel partners and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
Responsibilities: Develop and scale a channel-driven business focussed on Chrome OS in the enterprise and education space
Implement, execute and report on the progress of deployment of channel strategy
Work together with the broader Channel Team, Partner Marketing Team, Chrome Sales Specialist Team as well as Customer Success and Partner engineers team to deliver a One Google approach
Manage day to day support and enquiries from Chrome OS Channel Partners
Meet with resellers to define and agree on a joint market strategy
Review activity with resellers
Support resellers in their events/campaigns promoting Google Chrome OS
Work closely with the resellers to develop a joint pipeline
Be the voice of the partners within the Chrome OS organisation
Minimum qualifications: Fluency in Norwegian and English
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in a partner/channel manager position
IT Experience (e.g., Hardware, Saas applications, Device management, Cloud solutions)
Preferred qualifications: Business Development and Partner Development skills
Experience in the technology sales channel
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build and execute strategic plans over multiple quarters
