Your Tasks
We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Controller with a strong Commercial mindset to join the Beiersdorf Nordic Finance team. This position works alongside the commercial team in Sweden to grow their business and offers broad responsibilities with challenging tasks. You will join an ambitious team and report to the Nordic Commercial Controlling Manager.
Main responsibilities for this role
To drive business performance in partnership with the Cosmetics function within Denmark by:
• Support, track and steer the financial planning and control process from Gross Sales to Gross Margin with a focus on customers and new business
• Accounting
• Support in Launch & Relaunch process and actively challenge outcomes
• Support and steer the pricing and TTC process and being a strong business partner to the team when it comes to customer negotiations or business cases
• Being an active member of the Cosmetics Finance community in Northen Europe
Your Profile
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Controlling or other Finance role such as Accounting
• University Degree
• Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, B.one, Power BI)
• An ability to work independently, being pro-active taking ownership, results driven and have strong analytical skills
• Courageous influencer with the ability to build trusting cross functional relationships
• Culturally aware and flexible
• Must be fluent in English; other Nordic language is a plus
