Are you a positive, service minded person that likes improvement work? Do you want to have an opportunity to grow and develop in our company and be a part of Boliden´s journey? Boliden Commercial is searching for a Commercial Coordinator for the Raw Material department located in Stockholm.

Main tasks and responsibility
The work consists of all administration of inbound and outbound material flow from shipping advice to payment, in order to secure a smooth and accurate execution of the agreed sales contracts. The daily tasks involve continuously attending to and executing the administrative duties in the finalization process, such as transportation documentation, assay exchanges, price fixations, invoicing as well as cash flow and month end reporting and closing. Daily communication with both internal and external contacts.
As Commercial Coordinator, you will belong to the Raw Material team, and you will report to the Manager Contract Execution.

What you bring:
You are a motivated, organized, quick learning team player with a relevant education in finance, administration and/or logistics or some years’ experiences from similar tasks
You are positive with strong communication skills in English both written and verbal, Swedish is an advantage
You are analytical to details and used to working with figures and advanced Excel files
You have strong computer/system skills
You easily work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities
