Your future challenges
A position full of daily contacts both at the local market and in the Nordic team. You are the driving force for our two coffee brands STARBUCKS and NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto in Sweden and work both independent, and yet as a part of the Swedish commercial team and Nordic marketing team. You are the one making sure that business is functioning as it should, building and executing brand & channel plans, taking our innovations to market, and keeping the organization working towards the brands goals. This is a position where you need to be able to analyze the situation and take action accordingly, and also making sure it happens.

In this role you will report to our Commercial Development Manager Beverages. The position is located at our Swedish HQ in Helsingborg. The Beverages category team is a tight team of three persons, and as mentioned above you will also have a broad collaboration with our Swedish commercial team and Nordic marketing team. Can you see yourself in a culture where you have a lot of contacts and networking with people both at the office, field sales, customers, and partners?
Your responsibilities
In this position you are responsible for driving the Swedish STARBUCKS and NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto agenda with category & shopper insights, innovation & renovation plans, POS and demo activation, the local marketing budget, integrating machine and capsules promotions and more. You are the one making sure business is going in the right direction with shopper-insight based initiatives.

We apply Hybrid working with the flexibility to work remote part of your time. You will likely be at our Nordic HQ in Copenhagen approximately 1/month and in Stockholm or other Swedish city approximately 4 times/year.
Professional skills
You have a strong background within Marketing & Sales and minimum 2-3 years of experience from similar roles preferably within an FMCG company. You have a commercial mindset and are used to work with many different stakeholders. You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and are especially skilled in Excel and Power Point. You must also be fluent in Swedish & English both written and spoken.
