Commercial director in rapidly growing networking international company Naty AB (www.naty.com) is producing and marketing a concept of environmental friendly hygienically products under its own brand name Nature babycare.. The company works with new high tech organic material. The company sales only on export and the main market are in UK, Australia and Belgium.Production is based in Holland, Germany, Italy, Israel, Norway and Sweden.Naty AB is a young, rapidly growing company with high quality standards.Naty AB has central agreement with internationally market leader retailer in Europe.The goal is to remain in the forefront of marketing a concept of high class environmentally friendly hygienically products. Tasks and responsibilities: . Develop business plans to achieve targets and budgets in your territory . Generate new business opportunities, both towards distribution channels and construction groups . Work with sales and marketing activities on both an operational and strategic level .Develop, motivate, service and educate distribution channel to facilitate sales growth . Contract negotiations.. Managing and engaging strategic retail accounts resulting in additional sales .Develop and implement innovative marketing plans on a annual and quarterly basis . Targeting new customers and develop strong relationship with the highest levels of executive management . Maintain a well-defined sales strategy for all accounts within the region to support the Sales Management . Product marketing and Supply chain management, including trade shows and conduct at seminars Profile: . Bachelors degree in Business Administration or other appropriate university degree discipline .At least five years' sales experience, preferably in the consumer goods, retailer industry . Proven track record of business development to both B2B and channel partners .Creative thinker and entrepreneurial skills with high flexibility . The ability and drive to identify new business opportunities and handling the whole sales process . Excellent negotiating skill . Creative thinker with the ability to work with deadlines and end-dates in a marketing environment . Excellent communication and presentation skills.Minimum three years of experience from Account Management, preferably in the retail market dealing with distributor accounts.- Entrepreneurial drive and positive 'can do' attitude.- Fluent in English - Team player.- Willing to travel in work.You will be reporting to Naty AB, MD Marlene Sandberg.
