We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial activities and drive revenue growth at Resurs Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities, expand market share, and enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in commercial roles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive results.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to fuel growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Oversee the development of pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as product development, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of commercial initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role, with a proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.
