We are now looking for a Commercial Director to act as an authority within Ericsson in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson. Partner with product owners and accounts to shape commercial strategies, support negotiations and take commercial decisions. Develop/enhance new Business Models and commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins.
The vision of the unit is to be the undisputed leader in Managed Services through AI & data-driven operations and optimization. Through our entire business we manage networks that cover over 1 billion subscriptions, over 1 million nodes and with 95% SLA fulfillment. We operate customer networks both in the field and remotely from our Network Operations Centers. We deliver high-end optimization services for networks, operator services and end-user applications.
Responsibilities:
You will participate in commercial engagements supporting Key Account Managers making succesful sales and sustainable business
Develop portfolio commercial strategy and supporting assets for Sales community, including commercial value argumentation, Commercial Intelligence materials and contractual guidelines
Lead diverse matrix project teams working on new price and business models and their deployment
Track and support the execution of defined commercial strategy and reaching unit’s financial objectives
Provide commercial inputs/insights to product owners and unit strategy and finance teams for business and portfolio decisions
Define and maintain commercial governance processes, including commercial delegation and sales instructions and approval guidelines
Analyze commercial trends and market dynamics with commercial focus
Prepare and Present commercial trends and reports
Advise and guide regional commercial management functions
Key Qualifications:
Mandatory experience in Telecom/IT product or service domain as Sales, Pricing or Commercial Support/Management/Operations
Commercial business development and pricing competence
Strategic problem solving and critical thinking skills
Consultative selling and Negotiation skills
Commercial Process & Tools. Experience in commercial operations would be a plus.
Financial understanding
Ability to present complex matters in simple and articulate fashion
Fundamental Leadership Competence and growth mindset
Education - Master of Science or equivalent
