Compass Group Sweden is looking for an experienced Commercial Director – Reporting to add value to our company.
You will support the Finance Director in driving the improvement within finance function Lead with drive to develop practical finance reporting solutions.
In partnership with Finance Director develop a commercial reporting team with relevant competencies and build a culture of strong finance performance. Develop respect of stakeholders (clients, consumers, employees, senior management, unions, etc). Custodian of delivering against the P&L and financial targets
Responsibilities:
Challenge to drive best practices and business improvement processes in the finance area. Striving to become more efficient year on year.
In partnership with Finance Director, work with country and Nordic finance function teams and other country function teams to drive change and deliver business improvements. Ability to transform the business and focus on shareholder value.
Work in partnership with the Finance Director and finance team to develop business strategy and influence operating performance in line with the Nordic guidelines.
Challenging existing business models to deliver enhanced profit performance and reduce cost.
Strong provision of financial analysis to support new business and retention activity and business planning.
Support Finance Director in driving improvements in financial control environment and provide being fully compliant with Compass Group PLC including key financial controls.
Able to act and command as the Country Finance Director’s number 2 when required.
Maintaining excellent communications on business performance and challenges along with opportunities to PLC Group

Requirements
Proven experience of Compass Groups internal performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
