DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are currently seeking a highly driven, innovative and enthusiastic Commercial Excellence Manager to our Commercial Excellence team. The role offers a great responsibility both on strategic and operational level, as well as a significant exposure given its impact on the country business strategy.
The Commercial Excellence team is composed of the Digital Sales team and the Sales Excellence team.
The Digital sales team is a team of inside sales representatives leveraging available digital and remote capabilities (e.g. Teams and phone) to interact directly with customers. The Digital sales team focus on generating revenues through both core and cross sell whilst developing and improving the customer relationship and satisfaction.
The Sales excellence team leverages Salesforce and business intelligence tools to provide the necessary knowledge, data and network to improve our overall sales performance across all business units within Schneider.
As Commercial Excellence Manager, you have the direct responsibility of both teams (currently 8 people) as well as the challenge to transform the functions and grow both the revenues and productivity by finding the best ways of collaborating with our BU’s, target segments and sales channels. This will require to actively drive sales, develop the structuration of the organization and the development of working methodology and processes. It is your responsibility to ensure that the team assignments are carried out on time, in accordance with the company's directives and to constantly work with efficiency, development and digitization at the core.
Required skills and experiences
• Customer focused, experienced in sales interactions
• Documented leadership experience
• Process driven and structured
• Experience of working with Salesforce and/or bFO
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong administrative skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience from inside or digital sales (beneficial, not required)
• Experience from transformation management (beneficial, not required)
