• Deep knowledge of commercial and Range processes, supply chain, warehousing and store operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment.
• Very good understanding of how the commercial priorities impact the customer journey and the costs of Customer Fulfilment; strong financial competence and understanding of the financial impact on total network.
• Excellent understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets.
• Strong market intelligence, applies market knowledge to achieve organisational goals and objectives; include market specifics in decision-making process.


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
In this role, you will (be):
• Accountable for the Customer Fulfilment part of the Commercial agenda, taking fulfilment in an end-to-end perspective, enabling prerequisites for excellent execution and by that for extraordinary Growth in all markets. Being the main speaking partner for Commercial (Market Support) and relevant organisations (CBR, CBS, CBF) on related topics.
• Accountable for securing the total input from Customer Fulfilment for Group Market Support with strong considerations for network impact, cost potentials, supply, and stock situation to secure agreed goals on the availability of Range and Services for customers at the lowest possible cost.
• Accountable for coordinating and co-leading IKEA BPL Growth Plan, Core Area plans and other INGKA strategic and development planning initiatives to agree and decide on deliverables from Customer Fulfilment securing the IKEA business goals.
• Accountable for translating commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment on group level in collaboration with relevant stakeholders based on the IKEA direction and BPL Growth plan priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop the Group Commercial Integration function and provide support and guidance to the respective country function to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed including long-term competence building and succession planning, diversity, and inclusion.
• Accountable for matrix leadership and as a proactive member of Commercial & Supply Integration Management team contribute to the overall functional agenda.
• Proactively work with improvement of customer experience, within area of influence, basing it on the frequent review of customer centric KPIs and customer surveys.
• Actively collaborate with key partners, INTER CBR, CBS, CBF, and Group level while representing Customer Fulfilment and the function of Commercial & Supply Integration in related forums and decision bodies, contributing with both knowledge and resources to strategic, tactical, operational and omnichannel development, related business- and process forums, sourcing activities as well as to all matrices, global and market initiatives, and competence networks.
• Together with Group Market Support accountable for the Planning Range (total offer products and services) process and related activities and accountable to ensure cooperation with Group Market Support. Accountable for a strong cooperation with the Group Supply integration and Customer Order teams to create input for ideal Range Accessibility and Allocation for the markets that includes all commercial considerations.
• Together with Group Market Support accountable for the Planning Sales process (total offer products and services) and related activities enabling constant improvement of availability of home furnishing and services. Work in partnership with CBR and CBS to act on deviations and opportunities within the Supply Chain. Co-leading the development of the Commercial Actions, secure alignment and provide global sales steering advise to the markets.
• Accountable for defining and overseeing implementation of a framework and connected, differentiated ways of working for Customer Fulfilment to bring commercial priorities into reality, securing awareness and access to right information.
• Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the own organisation and total IKEA in close cooperation within the totality of the market and relevant Group Functions.
• Accountable for securing holistic approach to Home Furnishing Retail Solutions development considering fulfilment capabilities and all upcoming demands of the future Fulfilment from the Customer meeting points.


This is a permanent role based either in Amsterdam or Malmö.
