We’re looking for a Commercial Management Assistant to work directly with an EMEA Vice President whilst also supporting wider core Senior Managers. With our hybrid working policy the role can be based at any of our European hubs.
The role:
As the Commercial Management Assistant your role will be diverse, challenging and also highly rewarding. If you excel in a busy environment, balancing numerous responsibilities and providing a high level of support which allows others to manage their time more efficiently then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. The position will require an individual to handle sensitive and confidential information at times, so it is essential that you have experience operating within a similar function.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting preparation and follow up, including leading the annual meeting agenda of the EMEA Leadership Team, coordinating all arrangements needed, ensuring materials are sent in advance, meeting structure is in place, time is well spent and objectives are achieved
Supporting in the planning and execution of communication plan, preparing content and material needed to deliver the right messages to the different audiences as well as the right channels and audiences
Supporting in the preparation of key presentations to the VP and Core team
Supporting cross region/function projects and coordinating the different teams members
Analysis of data to create reports to support presentations and decisions
Supporting in operational tasks to the VP and Core Team members
Supporting on travel agendas of VP and Core Team members
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong Personal/Executive Assistant experience at a senior level – Essential
Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and support a remote team – Essential
Well organised and keen eye for detail – Essential
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher – Essential
Fluent spoken and written English – Essential
Two additional European languages - Desirable
Degree qualified in Business Management or similar - Desirable
Exposure to confidential documentation – Desirable
Experience of data analysis - Desirable
