MBP Group started 1999 in Denmark and is today a successful, international private Group of 7 companies specialized in recycling of biological by-products and sale of alternative bio fuels and feed stuff. Now our Åby branch need a competent and service-provider-minded Commercial Manager ASAP. Top management is Danish, Norwegian, Italian all with MSc in Chemical Engineering or Agro Science.

If You have experience and the ability to daily manage multiple business tasks as 1 of 10 sales managers in Europe + you can take the lead on our Swedish purchase and sales simultaneously. ? And if You can take responsibility of your mainly commercial tasks and really like servicing customers proactively and individually? and naturally manage and fine tune A-Z commercial service packages while keeping priorities and deadlines ? then you should contact us!
In our Scandinavian bio fuel sales and service collections of by-products and wastes you must close agreements professionally, contribute to customer satisfaction and have an eye for new opportunities in Sweden (and some DK-NO-FI too).

Duties will be varied over time and can be influenced by your talents but will mainly be:
A) Take over ASAP the existing B to B Sales portfolio of app 40-60 MSEK/y. (Used Cooking Oil and other recycled bio oils for technical or fuel sales) including Manage several 1000 restaurant service collection agreements with help from assistant.

B) Develop the above businesses further with MBP-sales colleagues and manager so market shares in purchase and sales continue to grow.

You will be responsible for: daily customer/supplier contact via phone, e-mail and meetings.
? Managing your businesses in our ERP Navision Microsoft systems.
? Reporting to Group Sales Manager (Switzerland) and to Group Technical Manager (Norway).
? Some projects relating to production investments, market analysis, sales campaigns, fairs.
? Invoice controls + co-work with local Accountant now and then when relevant.
? Depending on Your skill and qualifications it is possible that the position will (gradually ?) include personnel and some Swedish administrative responsibilities and/or other European sales tasks.

Our most preferred candidate has:
? Documented B to B Sales successes ? preferably within fuels or technical products.
? And/or Preferably worked in the Restaurant B to B service sector previously.
? Optimal command of English and Swedish orally and written. (other languages an asset)
? Can easily travel 30-50 days/year in Scandinavia (and a few European trips.)
? Communicates swiftly, kindly, effectively targeted and situation adapted.
? Not a big ego but a flexible character as a team player who is positive, helpful, polite and constructive.
? Good self organizational skills and ability to stay focused and professional.
? A liking for working by Group guidelines and training and with a risk/opportunity-analytic thinking.
? Experience in using MS Navision (or similar) and can report monthly on time.
? Might have technical experience/degree from industrial production and quality systems.
