Commercial manager

What you will be part of:

Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and cyber security solutions.



Your role:

You will be responsible for securing commercial aspects in customer contracts and agreements, in Sweden and internationally. Within the team, each member contributes with individual experiences and skills to create an effective and dynamic environment.

As a Commercial manager you will be part of the core team assembled to win customer contracts, working closely with the marketing and sales, project, product and engineering departments. You will also work in close collaboration with the Saab legal and finance functions as well as other Business Areas within Saab. You may be part of the negotiation team closing deals with customers and partners.

The position requires traveling from time to time.



Your skills and experience:

You have an appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification in a business oriented and/or engineering discipline as well as experience from commercial/ legal management, marketing and sales and/or product/project management.

We believe that you have a good understanding of Intellectual Property Rights, software licences and business law, and that you are a team player who is able to motivate and willing to "walk the extra mile". You also have a strong business understanding and customer focus, alongside with the recognized ability to build relationships with customers and the team. To thrive in this role we also see that you have proven social and communication skills, that you are result oriented and determined to improve our business.
