Job Description
You will join a highly ambitious team of skilled colleagues driving and delivering digital growth initiatives, across our departments at Group Expansion. You will work in a global context and will be trusted with great ownership.
As a Commercial Manager Marketplaces you set the strategy and targets for growth and portfolio management together with Brands, Regions and supporting functions. You lead the commercial negotiation and drive growth by executing on the omni growth roadmap.
In your role you will be responsible for:
Strategy and targets:
Developing a multichannel group expansion strategy together with the brands, regions and supporting functions.
You have a good understanding of the retail landscape and develop the channel strategy based on this.
You set long- and short-term goals in order to reach the Group, Brand and Regional objectives.
You adopt a customer centric expansion strategy and marketplace/partnership selection.
You have a good understanding how to develop business cases and the impacting sales- and cost drivers.
You secure that growth initiatives are managed in a timely and professional manner in a sustainable and compliant way.

Digital growth:
You understand digital channel growth strategies the and technical impact and need.
You can identify and interpret key drivers of digital sales and marketplace performance.
You have a good understandings of digital channel business models with external partners and the capacity to evaluate pros and cons of different solutions.

Negotiations:
You have a broad perspective and understanding of strategic and tactical negotiation.
You gain insights through building internal and external knowledge and set up strategy to gain leverage in the negotiation.
You strengthen teamwork and foster cross functional collaboration to secure a diverse perspective.

Budget, P&L and Sales:
You have knowledge of business case set up and can identify sales- and cost drivers for different digital and physical partnerships/business models.
You develop business cases across different growth initiatives and partnerships to maximize ROI.
You follow up growth initiatives to draw learnings for future projects and budgeting.

Collaboration:
You work in close collaboration with our Brands, Regions, enabling support functions and stakeholders to implement the strategy and execute on the growth plan.
You give clear constructive feedback and promote cross-department and cross-brand collaboration.
Manage partner relationships in professional way, build trust and secures a long-term cooperation.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
A Masters’s Degree in business, engineering or similar.
+ 5 years of professional experience, preferably a combination of retail, industry and management consulting.
Strategic mindset in combination with the ability to get things done
A strong strategic understanding of the retail industry and industry trends
Experience from commercial negotiations.
Experience from managing a team and/or large complex projects.
Experience from working with internal stakeholders as well as external parties.
Good analytical skills
Experience from working with digital marketplaces is an advantage, but not a must.
A true team player with great communication skills - you are fluent in English both orally and in writing.

This is a permanent full-time position at the Head Office in Stockholm.
