Play a key role in establishing our Cable Monitoring Solutions business globally
If you have solid international business development experience and are keen on being a part of a growing, dynamic and high-tech environment we probably have the ideal opportunity for you! Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient, environmentally friendly, and technologically advanced high-voltage cables, (HVC), for land and offshore applications worldwide. Establishing our new Cable Monitoring Solutions (CMS) department we add value to our customers by helping them utilize their assets in best possible way. 
Establish, drive and develop the commercial scope 
We are setting up a new business area – Cable Monitoring Solutions - and are looking for a senior commercial business developer to join our organisation. Within this new area we will add value to our customers by supporting them in their efforts to use their cables in the most effective way, to minimize risks and failures and to maximize the throughput and lifetime. 

In the role as Commercial Manager you will have the overall responsibility for sales activities within CMS. Including direct sales to customers but also sell-through via NKT Solutions and Service and other channels. Besides being responsible for establishing the sales process within CMS you will be an active part of developing marketing and product strategies and planning as well as in establishing the overall CMS eco-system. 

Besides the above your primary tasks will be: 
* Responsible for establishing and executing market plans, sales plans and key account plans for the different markets.
* Responsible for establishing templates for customer presentations, tenders, contracts etc.
* High focus on profitability growth and execution on market strategy
* Responsible for lead generation, tenders and negotiations
* Responsible for delivering on the sales targets 
Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders, internally and externally

You will be a part of a business-oriented team with flexible placement but preferably Karlskrona, Alingsås, Västerås, Copenhagen or Cologne. Frequent travelling is included in the role.

Commercially driven leader with technical understanding

You are motivated by being in an international and fast-moving environment, where you have the opportunity of applying your analytical abilities, strong customer-centric communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.  Establishing and developing strong relations to relevant stakeholders is another key to succeed in this role. 

Its highly beneficial if you possess a wide-ranging understanding of technology and selling complex solutions. In addition to the above you have several years’ experience from international business development preferably within the industry – TSO, Utilities etc. 

Additionally, your CV comprises: 
* University degree within Finance, Engineering, Commercial Management or equivalent
* Fluency in spoken and written English
