We are looking for a Commercial Manager for Marketplaces & Partnerships to join our Omnichannel Portfolio team at Group Expansion.


Group Expansion is responsible for all aspects of optimizing the H&M Group’s Real Estate Portfolio and will be responsible for enabling growth on digital and physical marketplaces. Each year we will expand into new markets through marketplaces and physical stores, and optimize our existing portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.

The OMNI growth strategy has the purpose of facilitating meaningful growth across all our channels and is enabled through a collaborative set up between Brands, Expansion and Business Tech.
To make this happen, the Marketplaces & Partnerships department has been created at Omnichannel Portfolio in Group Expansion. We are excited to strengthen this team by adding the Commercial Manager role!
Job Description
As a Commercial Manager you will play an important part in creating and driving the growth plan on digital and physical marketplaces, social commerce platforms and other partnerships, across Brands and Regions. You will also be responsible for aligning group strategy towards partners and building network strategies with Brands and Regions. You will lead the negotiation of commercial contracts together with other functions, build and evaluate business cases, as well as follow up on partnerships.

Qualifications
We see that you have:
+ 7 years of working experience from Digital growth, External negotiations, Tech projects, Expansion or Controlling - preferably within the retail industry.
Experience from identifying and interpreting drivers of digital sales and marketplace performance
A good understanding of digital growth and technical needs, benefits and risks.
A working knowledge of commercial agreements in a retail environment
Strong negotiation skills and good legal understanding
A working knowledge of the PnL set up and cost drivers for different digital and physical partnerships/business models
The skillset to build up business cases across different types of initiatives and partnerships.
Good financial and analytical skills
Great communication skills - you are fluent in English both orally and in writing.
Knowledge in MS Office, more specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and MS Teams.

Additional information
This is a full-time permanent position at the Head office in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Omnichannel Portfolio.
