About this opportunity
We are looking for a strong candidate to support in driving change management in area of sales and commercial management, capable of operating in an environment of new and fast-moving technologies and trend-shifts!

In this role, you work in close collaboration within the Business Area, Market Area Commercial Management teams and the Digital Transformation teams to help drive our sales transformation, acting as an authority in how we manage the flow of information in relation to commercial and sales.


You will drive development of transformation plans, produce training materials and other assets for reuse across the market areas and perform trainings to drive a change in behavior, ways of working and the underlying digital capabilities to support those aspects. This role requires coordination across BAs & MAs to drive common commercial objectives, giving a great opportunity to build your network within the commercial management and sales domains across all business and market areas.

Automation capabilities have been implemented through the transformation programs which have provided efficiencies in the operational handling of recurring agreements, bringing transparency towards both the sales, commercial management and financial domains. You will be the interface with product owners of these capabilities and continue to drive improvements towards the wanted position end to end.

You'll need to have an excellent drive for results and be well organized, creative and can challenge existing ways of working by driving continuous improvement. Highly recommended to have strong analytic skills and a good understanding of our business environment, portfolio as well as proven interpersonal and communication skills.

You will
Be a change manager towards internal stakeholders and will ultimately support changing customer buying behavior
Drive Transformation in Sales & Commercial Management including but not limited to recurring agreements to enable adoption and expansion of the automation capabilities put in place through Digital Transformation office.
Coordinate and take lead in our transformation efforts e2e in relation to recurring agreements
Together with MA’s drive strategy and adoption.
Drive and participate in strategic programs and initiatives across the organization


To be successful in the role you must have
Education: University Degree;
Min 5 years work experience in Ericsson Commercial Management and/or Solution/Product Area, Service Area, Business Management, Sales in Ericsson, or transformation;
Understanding of Ericsson portfolio and commercial models;
Software Industry knowledge and trends that support SW Growth business
Ability to solve complex problems working with high degree of independency, ability to anticipate challenges and start acting in advance;
Ability to handle stress, uneven workload and acute deadlines and high level of flexibility;
Great teammate and outstanding networking skills;
Excellent communications skills;
Growing in a changing environment and passionate about contributing to shape it
