Commercial Operations Business Support till P&G!

We are currently looking for a Commercial Operations Business Support to our exciting customer Procter & Gamble. This is a consultancy opportunity, a maternity leave cover with start June 20th 2022 until June 16th 2023. The office is located in Stockholm.

Role description:

The Nordic P&G organization is a dynamic workplace with multifunctional teams spread out across the 4 Nordic offices. The Commercial Operations Business Support (COBS) role will be located in Stockholm and will focus on supporting the Commercial Operation Teams (COT) for each of the P&G brands, with main focus on leading the trade sample delivery process for Quality Assurance. In each of the COT teams there is a Market Strategy & Planning Manager and the COBS will act as the go to person supporting them on important day-to-day tasks that are administrative and critical to the business.

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Lead Trade Sample Delivery Process, Samples Creation, NRO Management (Quality Assurance help with sales meetings, Sales Conference). Tracking of Trade Samples Validation elements readiness (Products, Artwork). 
• Products Image Handling in OPV
• Budget Management Support
- PO Creation (All brands) 
- IBOT tracking of the Image bank Central Budget
• Samples storage and Clearance for SE office

Qualifications:

To fit in this role we see that you are/have: 

• Fluent in English 
• Experience from a business support role is a merit but not required 
• Stakeholder management skills 
• Can do attitude
• Helpful mindset 
• Fast learner
