BONESUPPPORT is looking for an experienced leader within the MedTech field. In this role you will inspire and lead our Customer Service team, which consists presently of four members. Together with your team you will support the Sales’ Operations and take ownership for our customer service department, which you develop, improve, and optimize - constantly seeking efficiency & effectiveness. With a holistic view, you oversee different parts. Through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in our Global Sales Operations, also beyond Sales internally as well as externally, you find relevant improvements, drive implementation of changes.

You will pursue new business opportunities through Inside Sales and Loaner Kit Management and manages functions such as company Tender Documents, Pricing and Distributor Contracts, Inventory and Logistics interface etc.

As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will be highly involved in all commercial activities. You will work close to the EVP & General Manager Commercial Operations Eurow to whom you will report to. You will also support on strategic planning including short- and long-term forecasting and resource support. Customer support and facilitation are important tasks, as is distributor support, people training and onboarding.

This role is based at our headquarters in Lund.

Examples of responsibilities and activities:

- Drive improvements projects to help the business grow
- Drive commercial excellence across customer support and business intelligence
- Ensure process optimization around customer handling
- Prepare for future QMS structure, and complaint registration/handling/reporting
- Drive weekly insights of sales, customer, product, segment level etc
- Assist commercial directors and work with contract managers
- Manage stakeholders both internally and externally


And what about you?

We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years’ experience in leadership positions in MedTech/Pharma industry in a global organization, where you have developed good skills in navigating complex situations, stakeholder and change management. Navision experience is a must and it’s beneficial if you have worked with Salesforce and Power BI. You hold a relevant degree, for example in Business Administration or similar. Your English and Swedish skills, both written and verbal, are good.

Hard skills and experience are of course important - your personality, however, is key! With your energy, drive and analytical capability you are good at identifying improvement areas and synergies, as well as solving complex problems. You have a true service mindset and enjoy interacting and collaborating across cultural and functional borders.
