Commercial Process Professional - multiple locations

Business Improvement & PMO is a department of currently 11 employees within the business unit Service Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. Our scope covers all countries/markets within the region. We act as an great work ethic center and direct strategy as well as improvement projects within the region. This includes giving input to scope global projects and act as interface between headquarters and operations; implementing process changes, IT tools, and global projects and contributing to knowledge exchanges. We further drive changes and support the local Service organizations and Service Commercial in developing and implementing regional improvements and give daily business support to assist our operational colleagues to reach their (and all of our) targets.
Responsibilities
This job is located in the team for Operating Model and Process Improvement and includes the following responsibilities:
Building and Maintaining Commercial process landscape in NCE:
Refine process landscape and define regional processes when required
Support and train regional service commercial organization
Ensuring interfaces between commercial and operational processes

Providing input to global process management and to Salesforce Release Management:
Collection of regional requirements
Prioritization and alignment in global forums
Support of regional and global improvement initiatives with commercial process knowledge



Qualifications
Vocational training or Master or equivalent in Business/Economics field or similar
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial area, sales or after sales in industrial sector
Process management experience and process thinking capabilities
Experience within operational excellence and operational business development
Experience with SAP and Salesforce
Experience with change management and stakeholder onboarding
Experience within service business and energy sector would be a benefit
