We are now looking for a Commercial Product Developer to join our Product Innovation team.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will be a product owner with responsibility for user guidelines and unique selling points. You will be driving innovative food applications using key ingredients designed by the company.

Even though usually none of our days look the same at Mycorena, some of your re-occurring tasks will consist of:

- Ingredient and recipe development based on customer requirements

- Product evaluation and analysis through sensory evaluation and shelf life studies

- Recipe development from minimum batch size to scale-up quantities

- Source alternative ingredients and recipe processes to ensure optimal food products

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, we believe that you probably:

- Have previous experience with product development of alternative ingredients

- Have a relevant higher education, e.g. in food technology, nutrition or similar

- Knowledge about regulations, sensory analysis, physical and chemical measurement of food products

- Is an individual with a customer service mindset and someone who continuously looks for improvements

As the role inherently calls for it, you are fluent in the English language, both written and spoken. We consider it highly meritorious if you also have Swedish skills.
