As Commercial and Profiling Manager at Aurobay you will join our expansive and driven Sales and Market Team. Your role belongs in the Commercial Business Office, the part of our organization that enables and support our short and midterm growth. It is a senior role there you will work in cross functional context, with Strategy, Communication & Marketing and Sales executional teams, to recommend, decide and coordinate our offerings, commercial profiling, and related activities to secure our positioning on the market.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of experience in working in an international context and x-functional set up.
- Successful in becoming a trusted partner to many stakeholders.
- Self-motivation, drive, and action-oriented with high sense of personal accountability
- Curiosity and interest in learning new things
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Commercial Offering and Profiling Manager you will:
- Drive the dialogue internally within the Sales and Market function to gather/scoping the need of marketing activities, sales & commercial preparation material.
- Act as the main interface for Sales and Market towards Communication and Digital, to drive the identified marketing needs towards these functions.
- Support the Sales then creating proposals/offers to customers.
- Benchmark and develop a profound understanding for the competitors marketing activities.
- Work closely with Market and Competitive Intelligence Manager to identify and prioritize “Go to Market” activities.
- Recommend and co-ordinate Go to Market strategies. Propose and coordinate Sales input into marketing campaigns, brief and develop in close collaboration with Brand, Communications & Marketing.
