For our Commercial Project Management department, we are looking for a strong Commercial Project Manager (CPM) to join the Onshore NEME project execution team. The CPM is the person in charge of financially and commercially leading the project which among others includes team leadership, budget responsibility, contract management and stakeholder management. This person will be located in our Solna office, near Stockholm.
How to contribute to our vision
As our Commercial Project Manager, you will execute contracts with the aim of maximizing project profit and customer satisfaction as well as perform the monthly creation of the forecast and the execution of invoicing in collaboration with the project controllers and accounting team.
As our Commercial Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager in order to manage the project in the best possible way, as well as with customers and suppliers in relation to the commercial execution of the project.
Additionally, you will manage these tasks:
You are accountable for all commercial matters in your project, e.g. compliance with the terms of delivery and payment, laws and directives, timely invoicing and receivables management
You are responsible for the continuous evaluation of risk and opportunities
You take responsibility for management of guarantees and insurances in your assigned project
You ensure the preparation, participation, progress and monitoring of claim negotiations together with our Contract and Claim Managers
You are responsible for adhering to contractual deadlines and pursuing claims-related events regarding their duration, consequences and impact

A structured and positive team player, with flair for numbers and project budgets. Your strong communications skills should shine through from day one. The stakeholder management skills should be good in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders high as well as low in the organization. Experience with Power BI, SAP, Impact, Excel and other financial planning tools are highly recommended.
The ideal candidate will have successfully completed a university degree or an equivalent education in business management and / or finance and will have 5+ years of professional experience in international commercial project management and financial management. Knowledge about contract & claim management and good negotiation skills are preferably part of your competences. If you have experience from the Renewable energy and Wind industry it is an advantage.
Excellent Swedish and English skills are required, any other Scandinavian language will be of an advantage.
