We are looking for a Commercial Projects Lead to support the commercial team of Philip Morris in Sweden, based in Stockholm.


YOUR DAY TO DAY
You will be the link between Marketing, Consumer Journey and the Commercial team to lead and provide commercial projects and act as a commercial liason ensuring projects deliver expected returns. With consumer insight, you will together with other main departments develop, market and plan sales strategies and execution in Sweden, with the goal to grow our sales. The role is an exciting role with no days like the other and you will be able to play a vital role in the success of our new products and categories.


Your main accountabilities:
• Contribute with data driven insights to the preparation of the consolidated Commercial Deployment Plan for each channel
• Lead deployment of commercial projects and initiatives within assigned categories and / or channels, including follow up and evaluation of results
• Continuously analyze business environment, performance, shopper behavior instore, online and in own channels and proactively come up with proposals to increase performance
• Identify retail and channel trends and market opportunities in order to propose necessary actions
• Propose ideas and lead omni-channel projects and initiatives aimed at tackling consumer pain points
• Create trade, category and concept presentations leveraging the strengths of the portfolio
• Support sales with suggestions of assortment strategy within the category for different types of customers
• Develop and implement category management best practice for the commercial team, using business and market analysis.


WHO YOU ARE
• Have Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or equivalent higher education
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational company, preferably in Marketing/Sales
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English
• Experience in Project management
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross functional teams
• Strong planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
