Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
The Commercial Responsible Director is responsible for Controlling, IT and Human Resources for the Nordic region. You will be a member of the regional management board, and with that directly steer the business on a strategic level.
You will have a broad responsibility within a well-known group, while working in an international and diverse environment. We give you the opportunity to work in a strong growing and profitable market, where Bosch is in a leading position. By continuously being challenged with new and cross-functional projects, you will have the chance to broaden your experience, learn and develop new skills and know-how.


Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
University degree in the field of economics, engineering or similar
Relevant working experience in a sales environment
Leadership experience
Professional experience in an international environment, and in sales controlling, are a plus
Experience in energy or environment branch, heat pumps and sustainability, are valued
Entrepreneur, self-confident
Ambitious for personal growth
Business fluent in English; skills in one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) very beneficial, German is a plus
Mobility / flexibility is valued.
