Commercial Roaming Manager
As a Commercial Roaming Manager you will negotiate, coordinate and execute on wholesale roaming roadmaps and plans according to the established strategy and priorities. Roaming Manager shall ensure optimal performance of roaming operations on group and local level to achieve target KPIs and overall business goals.
About the role
Analyze, manage and negotiate commercial roaming agreements and discount agreements between Tele2 and our Roaming Partners.
You will also be working in the following areas:
- Analyze and manage roaming priority lists and plans for service rollouts and implementations according to the agreed strategy, roadmaps and priorities. - Establish, manage and develop relations with Roaming Partners, vendors and other stakeholders within Roaming - Identify, utilize and create synergies for increasing efficiencies, reducing costs and increasing revenues in roaming area. - Participate and contribute to the roaming related projects and to develop the roaming business in a seamless connected world with new business models and new functions - Maintain and improve QoS and quality in internal and external processes and procedures. - Maintain the correctness of data in all systems and information sharing/flow. - Ensure and support the fulfillment of local Tele2 entities roaming needs.
Who are you?
Education: University degree required, preferably in Business Administration & Economics or Engineering with interest for commercial activities
Experience:
- 3+ years of telecom experience and/or account management - International experience and cross-cultural awareness - Experience from Project Management - Experience from roaming or roaming related activities - Experience from Procurement/Legal/Contract management would be a merit
