Commercial Support Center Specialist

We are looking for a specialist within order and payables to our Commercial Support Center (CSC). This position will be a key player to support our sales organization and give excellent service to our customers. The position is located at our site in Falun, some travels days per year should be expected.

The CSC specialist is responsible for monitoring sales orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers. It includes verifying the availability of placed orders and ensuring its quality before shipment to avoid complains and issues. 
Communication is key since you will be working closely to our customers and suppliers as well as internal stakeholders, e.g. sales, product management, supply chain, production and logistics.  
Some of your working tasks
•    Coordinate Payables and overdue 
•    Update and track customers account information in database
•    Handle master data, materials and customers
•    Drum flow management
•    Order processing and monitoring
•    Coordination of projects
•    Book to bill GAP
•    Metal coverage management
You are passionate for our customers and enjoy working with data
Your drive, analytic skills and commercial mindset are the most important part of this position. Combine this with experience from customer support or sales, preferably within the energy sector and we have a perfect match. 

We believe that you have:
•    Degree from high school and preferably from university, or experience from a similar coordinator role
•    1-3 years of experience from customer support or sales
•    Fluently English and minimum one Nordic language, Finnish is a plus
•    Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
•    Positive and uplifting attitude
•    Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
•    Great communication, ability to multi-task and organisational skills. Structured, meticulous and thorough
•    Exceptional understanding of basic office applications including MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Exposure to BI tools like Power BI would be advantageous
