Commercial Services Manager
You will be part of the Commercial Services and Parts Team belonging to the Offer group. The Commercial Services and Parts Team are commercial responsible for integral parts of aftermarket activities like services and spare parts and develops and brings add-on services and accessories to the market like winter wheels, service package offers or charging solutions. Our team is also responsible for maintaining the product database of all offers.
Our team is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
What you'll do
- Scope demand and review business potential to develop new services and to adjust existing service offers including defining price/ value strategies and terms and conditions
- Take lead or be part of core team of implementing and launching new services and offers
- Operational responsible for the offer database system. Product data processing and monitoring. Define requirements for system improvements and be main business stakeholder at development and implementation of these improvements
What you should have
Coming into this position you should have project manager skills with a good understanding of process flows. You should be able to zoom in and out on a task being able to view a subject from a broad perspective with the possibility to deep dive and pin point details when needed. Prioritizing activities and being able to plan tasks from a roadmap perspective comes naturally for you. You are business oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys running dialogues with internal stakeholders as well as external partners when defining a new service or offer. You have experience of working in ERP systems (SAP) and have the interest in taking on the leading role of monitoring the offer database system, being the go-to person for such issues.
These are the most important thing that you have experience from:
- Project management
- Developing commercial offers and business development experience
- Working with ERP systems
As a person you need to have an inner drive to deliver, and ability to adapt to quick changes. You enjoy working together in teams with your colleagues, but still have the ability to work independently when needed.
