The Logistics Commercial team supports in building a strong portfolio of logistics partners (3PL, MHE/Automation, Transportation, etc.) to achieve business results, drive value, ensure compliance and optimize performance in cost and customer service. Our main responsibility areas are connected to strategic vendor selection, deal setup, negotiations, contract life cycle management, vendor relationship management, strategic partnerships, risk management, internal control, and compliance. The team collaborates closely with other global and regional stakeholders, maintains a global perspective, acts as a sparring partner, and focuses on creating clear standards for commercial activities.
Job Description
This role comes with many responsibilities and lots of fun. Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop and set standards for policy management, internal control, audit, and compliance within Group Logistics
Drive active risk management for Group Logistics in close collaboration with Corporate Governance and other relevant stakeholders
Plan and perform risk-based audits and together with a team of auditors’ follow-up on identified opportunities. Escalate critical findings and action areas to the Management Teams.
Collaborate closely with Group Sustainability, DPO (data privacy office) Group Security, Corporate Governance, and other teams to drive alignment and standardization
As RBC (responsible business conduct) responsible you lead the yearly risk assessment for the logistics supply chain
As a DPC (data privacy coordinator) for the logistics function you coordinating activities related to GDPR
Secure reporting for compliance areas for group logistics including ESG, GDPR, RBC
Develop/co-develop standards for procurement, contract life cycle management and business partner relationship management
Develop/co-develop routines, system requirements, tools, standards, templates and processes for risk management, internal control, audit, strategic sourcing, contracts evaluation, storage & access, and performance management of business partners
Organize workshops and training sessions to align and improve ways of working globally
Drive and be part of cross-functional collaborations connected to development initiatives
Understand your impact to others and contribution to the bigger picture
Ensure that Group Logistics works in line with H&M Group requirements, local laws, guidelines, and policies
Collect and share global best practices connected to risks management, compliance, contract, and business partner relationship management
Qualifications

B.Sc., M.Sc. in relevant academic field
Good understanding of supply chain and logistics
Experience in working with risk management, compliance, internal control, and governance
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong business mindset, resilient, decisive and action oriented
Comfortable to challenge people and processes
Comfortable to work within a matrix organization and a changing environment
Open mindset with strong desire to learn, improve and lead in change
