We are looking for a Commercial Specialist (Consultant purchasing) for an international company in Stockholm. This role is part of the Business Tech Consultant Procurement team within the Commercial function. Start ASAP!
Consultant purchasing is an important and challenging work. You will work closely with internal customers and vendors to find the best result to make win-win for all parties involved.
You will be a part of a small team in a continuously changing organization. The team’s main responsibilities include procure external expertise from our vendors, contract management, negotiations and supporting Business Tech organization in the purchasing process.
Consultant procurement administration is a big part of your daily job and you need to enjoy that. You work with different systems in parallel, and you have a structured way of working also in a high pace.
In your role it is important to be service-minded and to maintain several contacts on multiple levels, working with parallel assignments and expand your business skills and build long-term relationships.

Knowledge and skill requirements:
• Procurement experience
• Admin skills with an eye for details
• Negotiation experience
• MS Office 365
Beneficial requirements:
• ServiceNow experience
• Procurement of Consultant Services and experience with business law
Personal skills:
• Administratively strong
• Great communication skills and pedagogic
• Flexible and prestigeless
• Strong personal drive and motivation
• Ability to work well in teams and individually
• Ability to take responsibility, work proactively
Language:
• Excellent in English and Swedish, both in written and spoken
This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Stockholm. This is a "Try&Hire" position, which means 6 months assignment to begin with through us at Incluso and after that the company will hire the candidate directly. Please note starting date is ASAP!
