Job Description

In the role as Commercial Specialist you should always act with other people in mind, prioritizing safety and well-being in all you do. You will contribute to an inclusive workplace environment and support the ongoing diversification of our teams in terms of gender, age, culture, and experience.

As a Commercial Specialist, you are a critical part of the Order-To-Supply process. You are involved from early stage of the business until the equipment is delivered to our customers in a safe and efficient way.  You also have an important role for the business in mitigating our commercial risk, reviewing and advising on our customer contracts as well as following the payment process to completion. You will work closely together with our customer centers, cross functionally within marketing, trade finance, production and as needed with external companies including end customers.  Core elements of this role include measurement of delivery accuracy, mitigation of URE commercial risk, positively influencing our cash flow, improving cash flow efficiency, improve and find the best transport and routes to our customers, etc.
Throughout the Order-To-Supply process, you are responsible to secure required information to fulfill the task and to ensure we work according to legal and international regulations. You will be main responsible for a number of countries and also serve as back-up for additional countries.

Experience & knowledge requirements
* Good understanding of commercial contracts and how they impact business
* Must have basic balance sheet understanding, ability to project balance sheet impacts
* Experience with contract review, customer negotiations an asset
* Experience working in logistics and production environments is an asset
* Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global teams
* Excellent communication skills
* Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
* Good system experience working with MRP system(s), preferably M3
Sales Portal software knowledge is an asset

Personality requirements
 You have always safety-first in mind and a strong collaboration approach. You should put the customer in focus and it is important to be service oriented, structured, and detail-oriented.  We value a proactive approach and appreciate those who have an open and curious mind. Must be able to multi-task and to handle sporadic periods of higher pressure situations.  You are a good communicator both verbally and in writing. You are a highly motivated, enthusiastic with passion and commitment for doing things in the right way without risking loss of business.  You have the ability to work independently or as integrated team member, as the situation requires
You are fluent and professional in English. Additional languages are an asset.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Travels up to 20%.  In case a candidate from a different Home Country applies and is successful, then Local Terms and Conditions will apply.
