Your role as Commercial Strategy & Revenue Manager
Operations
Ensure that the main tool of Commercial Operations, Salesforce, is fully utilized in the way it is intended to. Work as an advisor that highlights improvements to current operating standards within Benify to drive revenue growth and profitability. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Monitor and manage Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, conducting regular data audits, and implementing data cleaning practices.
Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and forecasts for revenue performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations based on findings.
Manage month-end revenue close and other reporting requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring efficient and effective operations from lead generation to closing deals.
Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, processes, and best practices to improve the revenue and sales processes.
Operational & Strategical partner for sales in their everyday life

Commercial Strategy & Analysis
Be an expert adviser and strategic partner within the sales organization pertaining to the areas of Revenue Generation, Profitability Analysis & Sales Resource Structuring. Responsibilities may include by are not limited to:
Shape and drive territory design based on data and Benify ICP to ensure commercial success.
Work with the commercial leaders and the finance team to manage the commercial budget, forecast resource requirements, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to support our goals.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Service and Finance to drive revenue growth and improve cross-functional process.
Partner with commercial leaders in design and shaping the overall sales strategy, segmentation, and expansion plans.
Partner with commercial leaders to design and implement sales compensation plans and quotas.
Build, implement and educate people in pricing models and strategies to optimize profitability for the business.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 4-7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, finance or a related role.
Solid understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (like Salesforce), and data analytics tools (like Power Bi)
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization.
