In this role you would work closely with BNEW Product Management and BNEW Sales and Commercial Management teams to create and maintain relevant Radio Unit commercial strategy assets, as well providing necessary commercial inputs to Product Area Networks for portfolio decisions. You will ensure that Radio Unit commercial strategy is aligned with overall BNEW commercial strategy and that our capabilities, price models, value argumentation, tools etc. are developed to provide best commercial support for teams working with Radio Unit sales. You will communicate commercial strategy and tactics, drive implementation and handle escalations in sales engagements working together with the BNEW cross-functional teams and, in some cases, directly with the local Sales teams. You will work with Solution & Technical Sales Support to instill techno commercial approach in the sales engagements and come out with compelling insights and innovative solution offerings to cut costs, win deals and increase market share.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
Drive commercial strategy for radio portfolio:
- Develop commercial strategy and corresponding documentation assets for Radio products
- Ensure sufficient commercial readiness of radio products according to PLCM process and Commercial Release timings
Act as main interface towards Product Area SPM, BNEW cross functional teams and Networks Domain stakeholders in MA
- Secure Product Area requirements in BNEW overall commercial strategy and drive overall commercial requirements towards Product line
- Provide Commercial inputs and market requirements to Product Area to drive business and portfolio planning process and Investment decisions
Support MAs and BNEW cross-functional teams in successful sales engagements
- Support MA on NW Prioritized Deals & selected Key Deals
Build knowledge and competence around commercial strategy and tactics in BNEW cross-functional teams and the broader commercial and sales community
- Knowledge Sharing within MA & BNEW
- Sales Tactics (swap/modernization scoping, 5G deployment), New Solutions, CI, Hot Topics
- Support BNEW cross-functional teams to handle of commercial escalations
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years commercial experience in RAN Sales, Business Management, Business development, Commercial Management or Strategy
Degree in technology/business
Technical competence in RAN
Strong analytic capacity and ability to structure and present complex data in simple and clear way
Strategic thinker and problem solver with good business sense and market understanding
Experience in Business development or new Business Model innovation
Strong and effective communicator, assertive influencer with good organizational effectiveness
Consistent performance within past roles in Ericsson
