Tetra Pak Processing Systems sells and delivers customised liquid food plants within food, dairy & beverage industry to customers worldwide. We supply our solutions through a worldwide network of market companies. Global Supplier Management (GSM) within Tetra Pak Processing Systems is responsible for the supplier base for Processing Solutions globally.
Tetra Pak Processing Solutions Global Supplier Management offer a creative and stimulating international work environment. We are now looking for an experienced Supply Manager to strengthen our team in Lund.
In this role you will work closely with our suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for a number of suppliers, taking an active part in the creation and execution of our Global Purchasing Category strategies. You will get stimulation working towards set targets where you can heavily influence the activities and results.
In this position you will have a functional responsibility but not any direct reports. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
-Sourcing, contracting and maintaining a supplier base
-Analyse spend data and implement Category Strategies for the defined Categories
-Driving Performance Improvements focusing on quality, lead time and cost
-Driving a common agenda with the supplier base, defining agreement on cooperation expectations between Tetra Pak and the Supplier
Qualifications
We are looking for a driven, self going candidate with great networking skills. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders both internally and externally. You also have solid business awareness as well as the passion to do business.
We believe you have a solid supplier management background with strong commercial skills and a proven track record in negotiations and category based purchasing. Experience from purchasing of software and professional services is highly valued.
We believe you have a university degree preferably within Engineering or Economics. You have a good command in English, both written and verbal.
