Polestars Brand & Marketing department is expanding, and we need people who share our vision and want to be part of something different. We are now looking for a Commercial Support to take our commercial offer of Additionals to the next level.

We are since approximately one year back, offering high quality branded accessories. We call them Polestar Additionals.
In this new role, as Additionals Commercial Support, you will be part of our Partnership and Additionals team within our Brand & Marketing department. This role will be responsible for the commercial part of our product development and assortment for Polestar Additionals, with the mission to activate the business. You will work closely to the Additionals Manager, who's responsible for product development as well as brand partnerships, supporting with your commercial expertise.
This position is located at our HQ, in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be reporting to Head of Partnerships & Brand Culture/CMO. What you´ll do
In this new role at Polestar, you will lead the overall commercial offer of Additionals, including setup, negotiation, legal contracts, future licensing, pricing and managing assortment globally - for all Additionals categories. Your responsibility will also include forecasting, monitoring and reporting performance on online sales. You will be setting up and negotiating all commercial and legal agreements regarding Additionals range with primary partner and all 3rd party suppliers. Your focus will be to work well cross-functionally over Digital and Communication teams to get an optimized digital experience (content for campaign, shop, pages, copy etc.).
Other tasks you will be accountable for:
- Planning, prioritization, setting requirements, and coordinating projects for the Additionals shop
- Digital and Retail sales of Additionals including commercial ownership - covering retail display, sales optimization, pricing and ongoing monitoring of the assortment in stock and its management
- Digital customer journey as a business owner
- Monitoring web analytics, dashboards, and P&L regarding Additionals
- Last mile & logistics regarding partners, implementation of new shipping options, and securing warehouse operations
- Coordinating and managing our customer service offer, with partner, for Additionals
Who you are
We are looking for you who have great inter-personal skills and enjoy building relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders. You are a hands-on professional with serious can-do attitude, used to action and creating results with short lead times. You possess strong business acumen as well as excellent project- and time management skills. As a great fit for this role you are data driven and analytical.
To be successful in this role, we believe you:
- Have several years of experience from international e-commerce
- Enough experience and skills within economy, e-commerce logistics, and volume planning, to take ownership and be self-going with successful results
- Are a successful negotiator, used to be a driving stakeholder in putting up and negotiate agreements
- Have good brand and marketing understanding
- Have a secondary-degree within business, economics, e-commerce, or similar relevant field
