We are looking for 2 Commercial Support Specialists to join our dynamic Commercial team and help drive an efficient, impactful, and inspirational range globally.
What you do in the role:
Lead the Commercial year cycle in the functional dimension, ensuring that all templates and tools are in place, and parts come together effectively.
Connect articles and provide product brief comments for all relevant sales and media channels, ensuring follow-up and content accuracy.
Filter and provide relevant data to support an agile, proactive Commercial team.
Secure and maintain the administration of commercial content for the assigned range, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Manage the product range for categorization on the web and ensure products are easy to find and accessible to customers.
Handle commercial tagging and implement show/sales stops for product visibility and availability.
Create and maintain sales products, aligning with input from the Sales team.
Contribute to the Home Furnishing Business (HFB) Commercial plan, supporting the execution of commercial strategies.
Publish content in various channels to ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders.

Good understanding of the IKEA business model, business plan process, and strategic landscape.

A collaborative team player with a passion for contributing to people’s development within a fast-evolving IKEA environment.
Strong awareness of the HFB business plan, goals, and objectives, with basic knowledge of market and competitor landscapes.
Good understanding of how to activate and convert visitors into customers, driving consumer engagement.
Strong knowledge of the Commercial year cycle and its impact on retail operations.
High ability to use data insights to support decision-making processes and improve commercial outcomes.
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools to support data-driven insights and analysis.
