JOB DESCRIPTION



As a Commercial Trainee/Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Product and be an integral part of our growing marketing team. Your role will involve driving our first product to market, ensuring successful adoption globally. You will have a broad range of responsibilities, collaborating with internal teams such as R&D, Commercial, and Operations, as well as external stakeholders, including customers, investors, agencies, and suppliers. This multifaceted role will provide you with exposure to various commercialization activities, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the success of our product.

You will support the commercial team in different areas:

- Collection of Customer feedback

- Analyze the market landscape

- Develop product positioning

- Generate Customer facing material for sales

- Support Go-To-Market activities

- Define Product Requirements together with R&D

QUALIFICATIONS

To fit this role, you should hold a Master of Science degree and preferably a PhD, in molecular biology, biotechnology, molecular medicine, or a related scientific discipline. A deep technical understanding of Molecular Biology is essential. Prior commercial experience and familiarity with the life science market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends will be very advantageous.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, along with strong MS Office skills, is required. Experience working with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
