Arbetsbeskrivning
Do you like textiles? How about travelling? And helping create smart, complex machines? You’ve come to the right place!
Since 1960, we’ve been on a mission to create the world’s greenest, smartest, and most efficient professional laundry solutions. And we need your help on our ongoing quest to make the washing world a little greener.
As Commissioning Engineer at JENSEN Sweden, you closely work with clients around the world and help them get the laundry system they need. And because we believe in keeping things simple, you oversee your projects end-to-end, from sales to commissioning.
This is us
The JENSEN-GROUP helps industrial laundries around the world bringing cost-effective textile services to their customers. The laundry industry is the oldest circular economy in the world – and as world-leader in the market, we consistently bring it to the next level. To do so, we design and deliver sustainable solutions for professional laundries of all sizes. From stand-alone machines to complete systems and AI-driven solutions, we create what our customers need. A big part of our mission is saving the environment. Where others try to greenwash their businesses, we actually make washing greener – with ever-new eco-friendly solutions, targeted to specific geographical needs.
This is your job
As a Commissioning Engineer at JENSEN, you are the key to making customer projects work. Backed by a strong team and partners, you are involved in the entire process, from the first sales pitch to implementation and maintenance of our solutions.

You configure the company’s software and own the software features during system start-up. And when it’s time for the go-live, you work at the customer’s sites all over the globe.
Your day-to-day includes:
– Maintaining and supporting delivered systems
– Training customer staff during installation and commissioning
– Preparing manuals and feature descriptions
– Some programming in PLC
In this position, you get to travel 100 days per year both within Sweden and internationally. Your home base is at JENSEN Sweden in Viared, Borås. Here, your schedule is project-oriented with flextime options.
This is you
You are curious, communicative, and confident. Collaborating with a dedicated team that respects each other makes you thrive. And because you are self-motivated and driven, you quickly get to grips with both the industry and the METRICON® system.
