Job Summary
We are looking for a Commissioning Leader, who will lead commissioning activities in projects. The position is a permanent position.
In this role you will be responsible for commissioning activities. Plan and analyse commissioning project time schedule, lead internal, subcontracted companies/consultants. Secure Commissioning & Performance validation. Drive Health & Safety activities at site.
We are open for candidates based in European Union. Travelling required up to full time.
What you will do
As Commissioning Leader, you will:
Lead & Inspire: Direct commissioning activities, guiding engineers and customer operators.
Troubleshoot & Resolve: Analyze issues, troubleshoot breakdowns, and lead root cause analysis.
Plan & Execute: Strategize commissioning timelines and manage teams, including subcontractors.
Collaborate & Coach: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver excellence.
Drive Innovation: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to Tetra Pak's growth.
Document & Share: Keep site logs, ensure timely documentation, and share insights with your team.

We believe you have
Bachelor's or Technical Diploma in Dairy, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering or equivalent professional qualifications
+7 years of commissioning engineering within food industry
A large network internally and externally with commissioning partners.
An ability to work in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results.
A very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must.
