Job description

We are now looking for an experienced Commodity Procurement Professional based in Stockholm to join a global global technology company and in a supply chain organization for indirect material. Responsibilities
You will be working for a  global technology company and a supply chain organization for indirect material. With a high number of company cars and several leasing and service suppliers "Fleet" is one of the most challenging commodities. To be able to support in this commodity you need to have experience in leasing or in fleet management business. The responsibilities will be to further develop the strategic direction, coordinate suppliers, but also the daily operational support for the drivers.

What you’ll do:
• Focusing on identifying regional or global suppliers, markets or regions, for assigned  (non-critical, moderately complex) commodities, semi-products, services portfolio, either directly or indirectly used in own product portfolio.
• Identifying and analyzing internal customer needs, analyzing and discussing technical specifications, in cooperation with Sales Management responsible or together with technical Project Manager.
• Prepare negotiations and contracts
• Develop the strategic direction, coordinate suppliers, but also the daily operational support for the drivers

Working hours
80%, 32 hours per week, starting immediately and contracted at least until December 15th 2021, with a possibility of extension. You will be working remotely (from home) to begin with due to Covid.

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role you need to have experience and good knowledge of the following:

• A minimum 5 years of successful experience in, and related to, the Strategic Sourcing or Category/ Commodity Management 
• Previous experience in the leasing or in the fleet management business
• Business fluent English as well as Swedish in speech and writing
• Possess advanced Excel skills
