Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
We are looking for you, who will be our next true people person with a passion for Communication and Change Management!
As such, you will be our coming star and cornerstone within Communication and Change Management and be part of a great team in the department Finance Strategy & Transformation, at Finance & Business Control in Scania. Finance Strategy & Transformation is the transformation muscle of the global Finance Community. Right now, many cool things are happening at Finance, as we are setting off our large business transformation program – Finance 2025.
If you have a will to take part in building and tailoring our Communication and Change Management arena and not the least make it spark as the transformation program progresses – you are the one we are looking for!
Your role
As our professional Communication and Change Management Specialist, you will support our Finance Community globally as well as the business transformation program with operational and strategic communication and change activities. You will work with colleagues both within Finance and the program but also cross Scania, e.g., with People & Culture and other large transformation programs at Production & Logistics and Purchasing.
Tasks in this context can typically be exemplified with:
• Operational communication and change activities
• Produce content for various channels and platforms. Content may be films, articles, newsflashes
• Arrange and drive different communication events both digitally and on-site
• Support local finance organizations regarding the business change imposed by the Finance 2025 program
• Strategical communication and change activities
• Contribute and develop the internal and external communication and change strategies and plans within the program
• Stakeholder management - set the right message and tone to the right party
Who are you?
We are looking for you, who are true team player, see opportunities where others see problems and can dig in both in operational tasks, and has a strong strategic mindset. Your second nature is creating trust, building relations, and being inspirational. You are confident with your knowledge within communication and change but are also curious about new ways of connecting with people and understanding how different individuals respond to change.
Your background may vary, but most importantly you have a great passion for communication, change, transformation, and the people approach.
