We are now looking for a Communications and Strategy Specialist who is passionate about supporting us in our Data Platform transition journey and can bridge the gap between business and IT. Our to-be self-service data platform will be based on a Data Mesh architecture and the role itself requires you to be passionate for people and have a high interest in technology and change management. Throughout the transformation you will engage with different people and ensure everyone feels their voice is heard and that their questions are answered.
As an Communications and Strategy Specialist, you want to make an impact and can advocate a Dev/Sec/DataOps mind-set. You enable teams by supporting the definition of modern ways of working. We believe you have passion for agile and are smart, hungry, and humble, always striving to continuously improve, learn and believe in a learning organization.
You are willing to work with cross-functional initiatives and to collaborate with product teams across the whole organization. In addition, you are skilled in stakeholder management and are great in building a big network within organizations.

The teams within the Product Area Analytics & Data Platforms are responsible for all data processing, reporting and advanced analytics capabilities across the whole value chain. This means and unlimited learning opportunities.
What you will do:
Continue to create a learning organization while shaping modern, agile ways of working and communicating to various stakeholders the developments of our data platform initiative
Act as an ambassador for the organization on how to coach and develop best practices across teams
Spread our principles and values and ensure people are empowered / knowledgeable about the data platform roll-out
Keep relevant stakeholders informed about the platform program, while generating and communicating learnings and best practices
Assist management in upstream (CTO & CPO) and down-stream (product teams) communication & reporting
Provide context, support and guidance as product teams move onto platform to work toward our business objectives - you will inspire, not merely direct



Qualifications
Background in information / technology or innovation management
Min. 1-3 years change management, innovation or strategic management consulting experience, digital program management experience, or other relevant digital transformation experience
Worked in an agile environment for minimum 1 year, and thus have experience in SCRUM and DevOps
Excellent English collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, Swedish is a plus
Natural communicator with interest in both people and technology, with a high level of energy and motivation
