INTER IKEA Group is now forming a new Indirect Procurement organisation (Category Area Indirect Procurement), which has received the task to operate across the Inter IKEA Group companies, between all three core businesses (divisions). With the ambition to secure the best possible prerequisites for INTER IKEA group to handle the new world, fulfilling the future needs of partnership and supplier innovations.
Right now we are looking for Communication Business partner with focus on Change management
As a Communication Business Partner, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of business-driven communication to support the leadership of the indirect procurement organization in achieving its business and people objectives. You will support the organization and work with internal and external stakeholders to secure an effective and receiver-oriented information flow that demonstrates a forward-looking and values-driven brand. In the role, you will work closely with the Category Area Indirect Procurement organization and Communication matrix to identify and share leading change and communication best practices.
You will be part of the Category Area management group and you will report to the Category Area Manager.
Your main responsibilities are:
Be part of a matrix team that secures a holistic overview of Inter IKEA Group business communication.
Strategic and tactical partner to one or more unit(s) or other appointed assignors to define and enable the communication needs and goals.
Create clear and actionable communication plans and communication briefs to ensure a successful business transformation and benefit realization.
Responsible for internal communication supporting change.
Contribute to the overall category & communication strategy, content strategy and communication channel landscape
Align communication with the IKEA Brand Direction, Trademark Manual and IKEA tone of voice in visuals and text.
Support the development of communication competence & change management within the unit(s) and its stakeholders and enable others to lead with communication.
Implement communication & change management processes and methods.
You are down-to-earth, straightforward and curious. You have Experience working with business, communication strategy, change management, planning, execution and an understanding of how leading the change and communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda.
You have strong knowledge about communication & change management principals, processes, tools, methods, be fluent in both spoken and written English.
You have a relevant degree and ideally have at least 5 years of experience in Communication, Information, Marketing management or equivalent. Of course, you identify strongly with our values; you act as an ambassador for them and enjoy creating an environment where the IKEA values are a living reality.
