We are looking for a Communication & Change Responsible to join our Operations & Innovation team at Group Expansion (GEX).
GEX is responsible for all aspects of optimizing the H&M Group’s Real Estate Portfolio and will be responsible for enabling meaningful growth in our digital and physical channels. Each year we will expand into new markets through marketplaces and physical stores and optimize our existing portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
The H&M group is currently on a transformation journey to ensure that we constantly meet new customer demands. As part of this transformation, we at GEX are structuring ourselves for the future creating opportunities to deliver at our best, both today and in the coming years. The Operations & Innovation department is a new department with a mission to enable that GEX deliver on its services and projects, to help us achieve our Objectives and Key results and to ensure that we navigate towards our company direction. The department works with business development, governance, planning, project management, office facility management, sustainability and more to support the core business at GEX and its partners.

Job Description
As a Communication & Change Responsible, you will coordinate and implement the internal communication strategy within Group Expansion and support the organization in change management.
Your responsibilities:
Responsible for internal communication and change management within GEX including: Set and develop our communication platform, Coordinate and execute communication strategy and plan, Communicate key messages in relevant channels, Create, edit and publish content, videos, newsletters, storytelling etc. based on the business needs, Support in bigger meetings and events for GEX.
Owner of Group Expansion Hub and GEX part of Inside.
Responsible to establish structures for unifying internal communication of for example announcing staff changes and other organizational changes.
Responsible for planning and executing employer branding activities in external channels, in close collaboration with HR.
Support and guide managers within GEX in internal communication to ensure transparency and effective communication both to inform, engage and motivate our employees.
Work close with Group Communication to unify internal communication strategies and channels.
Act as change management support to projects and initiatives within GEX.
Set strategy and develop a plan for change management.
Measure and follow up change readiness.
Fuel ‘constant improvement’ mentality, cross-functional mindset and innovation culture at GEX.
Qualifications
We believe that you as a successful Communication & Change responsible have:
Relevant education background and a few years of working experience with internal communication and change in a big organization.
Have passion and experience of working with change communication and understand how internal communication can fuel and empower transformation from current to desired state.
Great understanding of our business.
We believe you to be well versed in creating communications content, both proactive and reactive, suitable to different internal audiences and channels across the group.
Have excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English, you know how to consolidate information and produce content with a high pace.
Knowledge in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
As a person we believe that you are an action-oriented team player that loves to connect with people and create results. You have a strategic and agile mindset and always focus on potential improvements. You are business minded and triggered by growth. You have excellent self-management skills, feel a strong sense of ownership and constantly take initiatives. You are a positive person who is characterized by optimism, persistence and hard work. Additional information
This is a full-time permanent position at the Head office in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Operations & Innovation, Helena Jason.
