Communication Insight Analyst

Scania’s Communications Department operates globally towards several key stakeholders within internal, corporate, and marketing communication. We are now recruiting a goal-oriented and passionate colleague to our team at Brand & Marketing Intelligence and Planning.

What you will do

As a Communication Insight Analyst, you will be involved at an early stage in prioritized communication projects, define strategy and goals in order to measure impact, and guide towards more efficient and purposeful communication.

Based on insight, you will translate and present data and recommendations for decision-making. You will provide analytic insight and performance review within our digital communication channels. And by ensuring quality in data and creating relevant reports for continuous improvements.

Since this is a new function, you will, together with your colleagues, develop working methods and create frameworks for following up on engagement level and behavior in our digital communication channels. You will play an important role in our global organization, working closely with our IT department and providing your expertise to our different communication departments. You will also lead and participate in country-specific projects.

To succeed in this role, you need to:


• Be an experienced communications professional with an analytical mindset and a creative take, working with online communication and campaigns, from idea and strategy to carrying through and follow up.
• Be able to interpret communication assignments and how to convert them into online communication for different stakeholders, in different channels.
• Have expertise in collecting and analyzing data and actively seek solutions to optimize our communication to customers and other stakeholders.
• Have a good understanding of response metrics used to measure cost per lead - ROAS, web traffic sources, and lead conversion rate.
• Know how to drive growth and create value for online audiences.
• Having knowledge in SEO/SEM, UX design, Adobe Analytics, Emplify, Siteimprove as well as insights terminals provided by SoMe channels would be an advantage.
• Have experience working in international contexts that require communication skills in English (spoken and written)


• Have a university degree and at least 3 years of experience working with digital marketing.
