Job Description
We want you to lead and enable communication agenda for IKEA for Business towards stakeholders across IKEA. You will be responsible for strategic, tactical and operational business-driven communication in achieving IKEA for Business people and business objectives
You will be identifying the needs of strategic/tactical and operational internal communication for B2B. You will contribute in strengthening & positioning B2B across IKEA. You will be responsible for Project communication and management updates, as well as communication plan and calendar and also contribute to the implementation of business strategies, priorities and processes through communication. On top of this you will also lead the change management connected to IKEA for Business across all IKEA stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we want you to have experience and extensive knowledge within the communication area. You should have extensive knowledge of how to lead with communication by defining, planning, executing and follow-up communication to relevant stakeholders. Further, you should have solid knowledge of how to segment stakeholders and strengthen key messages to support different needs and situations.
We also like you to have strong communication skills. You have a strong drive and you are self-motivated. Strong leadership capability with holistic approach is preferable and ability working together with people across all parts of IKEA.
We also want you to have:
Good understanding of IKEA of Swedn
Good understanding of the IKEA identity, core values and vision to secure the right representation.
Good knowledge of project management.
Good knowledge of coaching methodology (tools and techniques).
